Making an appointment
If you do wish to see one of our practitioners you will have to make an appointment to do so as we are usually quite busy and cannot often take walk ins.
You can make an appointment by calling the clinic or by using the contact us page here.
Appointment times are available as detailed below:
- Tuesday 9.30 – 6.30
- Wednesday 9.30 – 6.30
- Thursday 7.30 – 2.00
Cancelling an appointment
As a busy practice, appointment slots are valuable to both us as practitioners and to you as patients. The more notice give us when you need to cancel or reschedule, the more chance we have of being able to give someone else your appointment time. We often have a waiting list so if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we appreciate as much notice as possible. It can be very frustrating when there are multiple people on a waiting list that could have taken appointments that people just simply do not show up to.
Our cancellation policy:
If you need to cancel an appointment, please give at least 24 hours notice, otherwise a cancellation fee will apply. If you miss an appointment or arrive more than 15 minutes late to an appointment, and it is rendered impossible to treat you at your designated appointment time, then a cancellation fee will also apply.
Late cancellations or failure to attend an appointment will have a cancellation fee invoice sent directly to the patient via email that you will need to pay via direct deposit.
Registration
Chinese Medicine practitioners in Australia must be registered with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Authority (AHPRA). Be assured that all practitioners at Peakhurst Chinese Medicine are registered with AHPRA
