Products
Chinese herb prescriptions are an additional cost to the consultation fee.
Prescriptions will usually be dispensed in granule form for you on the day of your consultation. In some cases, we may prescribe herbs in liquid or tabulated form instead of the granules.
Occasionally we will suggest additional products to our patients and therefore stock a number of supplements from brands such as Naturobest and Metagenics.
We also stock and sell doTERRA oils and a number also environmentally friendly alternatives to some everyday items (eg silicon drinking straws, beeswax wraps, organic teas)
Health Fund Rebates
Health fund rebates are available at the practice via HICAPS if your private health insurance covers treatments with us. Please be advised that rebates will vary from fund to fund
Our cancellation policy:
If you need to cancel an appointment, please give at least 24 hours notice, otherwise a cancellation fee will apply. If you miss an appointment or arrive more than 15 minutes late to an appointment, and it is rendered impossible to treat you at your designated appointment time, then a cancellation fee will also apply.
Late cancellations or failure to attend an appointment will have a cancellation fee invoice sent directly to the patient via email with direct deposit details included so as to make payment ASAP.
Please not that if you need to cancel your appointment within those 24 hours due to illness, we may waive the cancellation fee, but this is at the practitioners discretion.
